In our ongoing effort to fight the spread of COVID-19, we regularly check for updated recommendations from the CDC and local health authorities,
and update the Pine Ridge Inn Lodging Modifications accordingly.
We have developed a comprehensive health and sanitation program that we are implementing around the property.
Our Current Front Desk hours are 7:00 A.M. till 8:00 P.M. PST. (10:00 P.M. Weekends)

Information about COVID-19 changes every day and we will make every effort to remain flexible and responsive to keep you up to date. We have implemented our Cancellation Policy to reflect and respond to the shifting dynamics of COVID-19 allowing our guests to continue planning their vacations with peace of mind.

Safe Cleaning Standards
The safety, and that of your families, continues to be at the forefront of our minds.
Our goal continues to be around the care and confidence of our guests and our associates. W are pleased to announce our enhanced industry-leading cleaning program.
This cleaning program ensures an elevated level of cleaning standards and operational best practices at The Pine Ridge Inn.
The program expands upon the current cleaning standards and includes the implementation of enhanced measures to improve safety, such as the installation of social distancing floor decals as well as the enforcement of heightened and comprehensive cleanliness standards on an ongoing basis across five key areas:
Front Desk and Lobby:
New protocols will minimize guest contact with personnel through a streamlined check-in and check-out process. Social distancing measures are still in place at this time. We are still following an enhanced sanitation procedure. Our lobby and guest touch points throughout the hotel will continue to be disinfected every 2-4 hours.
Guest Room and Housekeeping:
Housekeeping offerings have been modified for stay-over guests, including the elimination of a full cleaning service, unless specifically requested by guests. Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols will be implemented in guest rooms.
Guest rooms linens and all touch points will be cleaned with chemicals aimed at killing COVID-19.
Hotel Associates and Staff Requirements:
Hotel employees continue to follow strict guidelines, including utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)as needed, frequent and stringent hand-washing protocols, and housekeepers/laundry staff will continue to wear gloves while cleaning open areas. Employee workstations will be cleaned and disinfected after every shift. Employees will be empowered to stay home if unwell, communicate their potential exposure to COVID-19 with management, and will be fully educated on how to maintain a safe and clean home.
