In our ongoing effort to fight the spread of COVID-19, we regularly check for updated recommendations from the CDC and local health authorities,

and update the Pine Ridge Inn Lodging Modifications accordingly.

We have developed a comprehensive health and sanitation program that we are implementing around the property.

Our Current Front Desk hours are 7:00 A.M. till 8:00 P.M. PST. (10:00 P.M. Weekends)

Masks are required indoors at the Pine Ridge Inn.

Per state mandate, all people while indoors at public places must wear protective face masks.

Pine Ridge Inn Hotel Cancellation Policy

Information about COVID-19 changes every day and we will make every effort to remain flexible and responsive to keep you up to date. We have implemented our Cancellation Policy to reflect and respond to the shifting dynamics of COVID-19 allowing our guests to continue planning their vacations with peace of mind.

The following eligible reservations may be modified without charges:

  • Reservations where a guest(s) have a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 or who have been exposed to COVID-19. 
  • Reservations where guests are traveling from areas severely impacted by COVID-19. For a list of those areas, and other helpful and up to date information, please visit the websites for the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control/CDC. 
  • Reservations whose guests cannot complete their scheduled travel due to official travel restrictions. 
  • Reservations where guests work in an involved medical or disease-control field. 
  • Reservations where guests are experiencing flight cancellation or other transportation cancellation due to COVID-19. 
  • Proof may be required to modify a reservation.

What happens to my reservation/payment, if my reservation needs to be modified?

  • Reservations with stays that are affected by COVID-19 may be eligible for modification.  
  • Guests needing to modify their stay due to reasons related to COVID-19, will receive a future stay credit in the amount of their original reservation total.   
  • This credit can be used towards rebooking the same home for any available dates through December 31, 2020.   
  • If the new booking exceeds the cost of the prior booking, the guest will be responsible for the difference in payment. 
  • Reservation modification is at the sole discretion The Pine Ridge Inn.

Safe Cleaning Standards

The safety, and that of your families, continues to be at the forefront of our minds.

Our goal continues to be around the care and confidence of our guests and our associates.  With the onslaught of the global pandemic, we immediately revised our cleaning protocol and are pleased to announce our enhanced industry-leading cleaning program.

This cleaning program ensures an elevated level of cleaning standards and operational best practices at The Pine Ridge Inn.

The program expands upon the current cleaning standards and includes the implementation of enhanced measures to improve safety, such as the installation of social distancing floor decals as well as the enforcement of heightened and comprehensive cleanliness standards on an ongoing basis across five key areas:

Front Desk and Lobby:

New protocols will minimize guest contact with personnel through a streamlined check-in and check-out process. Social distancing measures will be implemented, including the installation of floor decals and the removal of all lobby brochures, magazines and papers. Enhanced sanitation procedures will be in place in the lobby and across guest touch points throughout the hotel with disinfecting taking place every 2-4 hours.

Guest Room and Housekeeping:

Unnecessary items will be removed from guest rooms, such as decorative pillows, bed scarves, paper notepads and pens.Housekeeping offerings will be modified for stay-over guests, including the elimination of a full cleaning service unless specifically requested by guests.Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols will be implemented in guest rooms.

Guest rooms linens and all touch points will be cleaned with chemicals aimed at killing COVID-19.

Hotel Associates and Staff Requirements:

Hotel employees will follow strict guidelines, including utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), frequent and stringent hand-washing protocols, and housekeepers/laundry staff will wear both gloves and a mask.Employee workstations will be cleaned and disinfected after every shift.Employees will be empowered to stay home if unwell, communicate their potential exposure to COVID-19 with management, and will be fully educated on how to maintain a safe and clean home.
