COVID-19 cancellation policy

We’ve got you covered with our “Vacation Continuation” policy. Should you be impacted by COVID 19 and need to change the dates of your 2020 vacation, you can apply your credit with the PINE RIDGE INN through December 31, 2020.

Our Hotel is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Our standard cleaning procedures have always been above CDC recommendations.

Crowd-free vacations have always been our specialty. We are big on fresh-air and open spaces. Once you arrive, the only crowd you’ll see is the one you brought with you.

Trade airport lines and constant news for towering pines and ocean views. Leave those airport worries behind and have complete control over your travel schedule – our beautiful, private homes are easily reachable by car. 

Pine Ridge Inn Hotel Continuation Policy

Information about COVID-19 changes every day and we will make every effort to remain flexible and responsive to keep you up to date. We have implemented our Vacation Continuation Policy to reflect and respond to the shifting dynamics of COVID-19 allowing our guests to continue planning their vacations with peace of mind.

What does the Hotel Continuation Policy mean?

The following eligible reservations may be modified without charges:

  • Reservations where a guest(s) have a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 or who have been exposed to COVID-19. 
  • Reservations where guests are traveling from areas severely impacted by COVID-19. For a list of those areas, and other helpful and up to date information, please visit the websites for the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control/CDC. 
  • Reservations whose guests cannot complete their scheduled travel due to official travel restrictions. 
  • Reservations where guests work in an involved medical or disease-control field. 
  • Reservations where guests are experiencing flight cancellation or other transportation cancellation due to COVID-19. 
  • Proof may be required to modify a reservation.

What happens to my reservation/payment, if my reservation needs to be modified?

  • Reservations with stays that are affected by COVID-19 may be eligible for modification.  
  • Guests needing to modify their stay due to reasons related to COVID-19, will receive a future stay credit in the amount of their original reservation total.   
  • This credit can be used towards rebooking the same home for any available dates through December 31, 2020.   
  • If the new booking exceeds the cost of the prior booking, the guest will be responsible for the difference in payment. 
  • Reservation modification is at the sole discretion The Pine Ridge Inn.
